The Second workshop was about Creating different shapes and areas within the paper using folding and cutting techniques. Adhesives were allowed to be used once a shape had been constructed to keep it that way. I struggled with the scoring and folding part as the shapes i was maing did not look organic or certainly not from all angles and i am not sure how i could use this for repetition or pattern.
Although not a great example this is the best one i created and shows
different areas of lighting and shadow that can be made. The paper also curves
which is something i could take into consideration on future models.
